* 4+ years of production React experience using Typescript
 * A proven track record of delivering successful creative projects and designing innovative and delightful user experiences
 * A strong emphasis on high decomp skills, with the ability to think creatively to develop effective solutions to complex design challenges
 * Ability to balance creative quality with project delivery expectations
 * Work experience with software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)

Nice To Have

 * Experience working with AI/ML tools and products, with an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the technologies
