This role will lead the upstream filtration products including ATF and TFDF systems used for bioprocessing applications. Systems will be semiautomatic and fully automatic functionalities including ATF and TFDF controllers/hardware/software and the associated accessories. This role will be responsible for driving and ensuring the long-term success of the upstream hardware business including. He/she will be responsible for understanding the market needs, understanding competition and accordingly drive our ATF and TFDF systems design efforts that are highly competitive and meet/exceed customer needs. This will be a "hands-on" position focused on developing and implementing product strategies to accelerate growth and profitability. Working externally with the sales team, this position will be responsible for driving the Technology adoption and driving the internal organization to support and expand the product range. This individual will take a leadership cross-functional role working with at minimum marketing, sales, manufacturing, operations, support, applications, and product development. Key metrics include; revenue growth, new application penetration, profitability, new product releases.
