* Du absolvierst derzeit ein Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Sozialwissenschaften, Kommunikationslehre oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
 * Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im M365-Umfeld, insbesondere in MS Office, SharePoint und Copilot.
 * Du interessierst Dich für neue Technologien, insbesondere für Künstliche Intelligenz, oder hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich gesammelt.
 * Du bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse in Confluence mit.

Top, * Du unterstützt bei administrativen Tätigkeiten, der Erstellung von Präsentationsmaterialien sowie der Organisation interner Termine und Abläufe in der Homebase.

 * Du bereitest Workshops und interne Veranstaltungen der Homebase eigenständig vor, begleitest deren Durchführung und übernimmst bei Bedarf Moderationen.
 * Du pflegst bestehende Kommunikationskanäle und entwickelst diese weiter, insbesondere im Social Intranet sowie auf SharePoint-Seiten.
 * Du erstellst zielgruppengerechte Texte, Newsbeiträge und weitere Kommunikationsmaterialien für interne Zwecke.
 * Du wirkst bei kurzfristigen fachlichen Aufbereitungen mit.
