#### **First Level Support - Infrastruktur & Netzwerk - Fehlerdiagnose** Als Fachinformatiker kannst du in unserem IT-Bereich sehr vielfältige Aufgaben übernehmen in unseren unterschiedlichen Teams. Im Service Desk berätst und hilfst du Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei Themen rund um unsere internen Systeme, richtest neue Hardware ein und bist als First Level Support der erste Ansprechpartner für Probleme und Fehler aller Art. Je nach Fachrichtung kommen dann unterschiedliche Aufgaben in der Infrastruktur- und Netzwerktechnik (Stichwort Active Directory), dem Bereich der Business Processes oder Digital Production auf dich zu. Dort programmierst du beispielsweise Datenbanken (Industrie 4.0), regelst die interne Firewall, verwaltest Nutzerkonten und Zugriffsberechtigungen oder bildest Prozesse in unseren Softwaresystemen ab.
