This position will support a high-profile federal government contract so candidate must be willing to undergo the federal clearance process. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to work on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and emerging AI technologies including NowAssist under the guidance of senior team members., 6+ months of hands-on ServiceNow experience (professional, academic, or personal development instance) Basic understanding of ITSM processes and concepts Exposure to ITOM and CMDB fundamentals Awareness of AI technologies and interest in learning NowAssist capabilities Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio and development environment Basic understanding of version control concepts Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Ability to read and understand technical documentation Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required or ability to obtain within 6 months Basic proficiency in JavaScript Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting concepts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies) Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, basic AngularJS Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP web services Understanding of relational databases and SQL basics Interest in learning Virtual Agent and AI-powered automation Basic understanding of ITIL framework Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Public Trust).
