Education · Bachelor's degree or master's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience ## Description GEICO is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our Testing Tools and Frameworks team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of building and maintaining testing frameworks, libraries and tools, test run times, reporting and analytics, and making testing accessible and intuitive for engineers across Geico. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in the internals of test frameworks such as Pytest, Playwright, TestNG, and knows how to build and extend test frameworks capabilities and knows the challenges and effective strategies for rolling out common test frameworks across hundreds of engineers.
