## About the Role

* 8-12 years of SAP Project Management experience
 * Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or IT preferred
 * Strong grasp of financial reporting, close & consolidation processes
 * Big 6 Management Consulting background (preferred)
 * Executive presence and proven C-suite engagement
 * S/4HANA Data Warehouse experience is a plus

## Description

Madiba is looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead Financial Transformation, Financial Reporting, and Data Integration initiatives for industry-leading clients.

What you'll do:

 * Lead end-to-end SAP Finance delivery - Fit-Gap, POCs, UAT, deployment
 * Own project plans, status reporting, risk & issue management
 * Be the primary business-facing lead with C-suite stakeholders
 * Drive and lead SAP finance reporting strategies and solutions

SAP Finance expertise we need:

 * SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) - GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost/Profit Center Accounting
 * Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and the S/4HANA Finance data model
 * SAP Central Finance for consolidation across legacy ERP landscapes
 * SAP Group Reporting / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) / BW4HANA
 * Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay process integration
 * Finance data migration (Migration Cockpit/LTMC/LSMW) and reconciliation
 * SOX compliance, audit readiness, and GAAP/IFRS-driven solution design

Financial reporting focus:

 * Statutory, management, regulatory, and board-level reporting
 * P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance/management reporting
 * Multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-GAAP/IFRS consolidation
 * Chart-of-accounts design and financial data governance
