## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
 * Experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF).
 * Proficient in Python programming and scripting.
 * Strong SQL development experience with MS SQL Server (preferred).
 * Experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT solutions.
 * Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
 * Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processing workloads.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA.
 * Experience with Azure DevOps, including source code management, branching strategies, and code check-ins.
 * Experience working with ServiceNow for incident, change, and service management processes.
 * Knowledge of CI/CD implementation for data engineering projects.
 * Exposure to cloud-native data architecture and best practices.

Experience Required:

 * 5+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering and Data Integration.
 * 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Data Services (ADF, Databricks).
 * Strong experience in SQL and Python-based development.
 * Educational Qualifications
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
 * Preferred Certifications
 * Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
 * Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
 * Databricks Certified Data Engineer (Preferred)
