As an Engineering Manager on the Platform Engineering team, you'll lead one or more teams of engineers responsible for building and maintaining the developer-facing platforms, tooling, and shared services that accelerate every engineering team at Zocdoc. This is a high-impact role within the Infrastructure organization. You'll own the delivery, health, and performance of your teams - ensuring they consistently ship high-quality work that reduces friction, improves developer confidence, and strengthens the reliability of our platform ecosystem. Working closely with Platform Engineering leadership and cross-functional partners, you'll translate platform strategy into clear team plans and drive execution on the systems, abstractions, and workflows that power Zocdoc's engineering. You'll also be a hands-on technical leader. You'll maintain a deep understanding of your teams' owned systems and architecture, perform code reviews on the highest-impact work, and coach engineers on effective use of modern development tools - including AI-assisted development - to drive higher velocity and quality.
