## About the Role

* 3-4 years of experience in program management or operations and logistics in a learning environment.
 * Associate's degree or 4+ years of equivalent education, experience, and training.
 * Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver outcomes.
 * Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
 * Proficiency with MIRO and Airtable, Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Premier), Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
 * Experience with Adobe LMS, Articulate Rise360, and Workday is a plus.

## Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-driven Program Coordinator - Non-IT to support learning-focused program operations in a fast-paced, on-site environment. This position offers the opportunity to coordinate projects, manage shifting priorities, and help deliver outcomes that keep programs moving smoothly and effectively., * Coordinate program activities, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining a strong focus on organization and follow-through.

 * Support project management efforts by prioritizing tasks, adapting quickly to changing needs, and driving appropriate actions.
 * Collaborate with managers, program stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external clients to support successful execution.
 * Use whiteboarding, database, creative, and office tools to assist with planning, tracking, analysis, and presentation needs.
