 * Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent work experience
 * Demonstrated experience in Business Continuity planning and execution
 * Strong research and analytical skills
 * Prior experience working with ITIL, ITSM and Project Management frameworks
 * Certifications in Business Continuity Professional Programs (CBCP, CBCI, MBCP)

Preferred Qualifications

 * Certifications in Business Continuity Professional Programs (CBCP, CBCI, MBCP)
 * Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT Service Management

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

Employee must be able to perform essential functions and physical requirements of position with or without reasonable accommodation.

## Description

This position plays a critical role in the change, incident and problem management responsibilities. The role ensures that consistent responses and artifacts are provided for all audits and Business Recovery Exercises., * Oversee and manage the Change Management function including the administering the Change Acceptance Board (CAB) meetings.

 * Oversee the completeness and accuracy of change tickets within the change control policies and procedures as documented.
 * Assume the role of Incident Coordinator for Severity 1 incidents
 * Oversee the Problem Management Process and coordinate the resolution of business impacts across IT.
 * Assume the role of Incident Coordinator for Production Disaster Recovery Programs ensuring that the severity 1 procedures meet all Business Continuity Management Governance requirements.
 * Create, edit and maintain applicable department policies and procedures documents.
 * Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data
