## About the Role

* Five (5) years of experience performing S&T assessments or portfolio analytics
 * Experience conducting impact analysis in a Federal or defense environment
 * Experience with statistical methodologies and modeling
 * Experience creating analytic products for senior leadership

Bonus Points If You Have:

 * Experience supporting RDTE,N budgeting
 * Experience with bibliometrics, patent analysis, or forecasting
 * Experience working with financial systems in Federal environments

Security Clearance:

 * Active Secret Clearance

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; five (5) years of experience providing IT services to DoW may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

## Description

* Develop portfolio performance indicators and analytic frameworks
 * Conduct S&T impact analysis and maturity assessments
 * Integrate financial execution data with S&T datasets
 * Support RDTE,N formulation and execution analytics
 * Develop executive-level analytic narratives and visual products
 * Support bibliometric and forecasting analysis
