In-depth understanding of ERP integrations and CRM APIs for customer data, order management, and marketing automation. * Proficient in using RESTful and SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration tools to connect e-commerce platforms, ERP, CRM, and PIM systems. * Experience leading large-scale e-commerce portal implementations with sophisticated system integrations across multiple platforms. * Familiar with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and adept at handling project timelines, resources, and risks. * Good communication skills, able to collaborate optimally with both technical and non-technical team members. * Leadership experience with the ability to mentor teams and navigate the complexities of e-commerce, ERP, CRM, and PIM integrations. * Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience, preferably IT or Engineering; master?s and/or MBA preferred. * The ideal candidate will be geographically located in the East coast or Midwestern US.
