You will be the bridge between a new agile team for the program and the core organization., ? Agile Transformation: Act as a coach and mentor, under the guidance of a fractional Agile Coach, for a team new to Agile. Help the team shift their mindset from Waterfall to Agile, educate them on principles, and guide them in adopting Agile practices effectively. ? Bridge Between the Program and the Organization: Responsible for coordination between the program agile team and the internal organization. Manage and track dependencies, ensuring that technical roadblocks are cleared and communication remains transparent in support of the Program Leadership. ? Facilitation: Lead all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) to ensure team working sessions, meetings, and discussions are effective, with a focus on long-term success, and outcome-based results. ?
