## About the Role

* Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited architectural program required.
 * Minimum of 7+ years of relevant architectural experience.
 * Registered Architect (RA) or completion of the NCARB Architectural Experience Program.
 * Strong understanding of architectural principles, design processes, and project delivery methods.
 * Experience managing architectural projects through multiple phases of design and construction.
 * Proficiency with Revit Architecture and related design tools.
 * Ability to prepare complete construction documents, specifications, and technical deliverables.
 * Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
 * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and make sound project decisions.
 * Self-directed, collaborative professional with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

* Opportunity to support a diverse portfolio of architectural projects from early planning through construction completion.

How You Will Make An Impact

 * Lead and support architectural project teams while coordinating responsibilities, workflows, and project standards.
 * Develop and execute design solutions through programming, conceptual design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration phases.
 * Prepare complete architectural documentation, including drawings, specifications, project manuals, scopes, budgets, and schedules.
 * Coordinate with internal disciplines, consultants, contractors, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
 * Provide technical guidance, review project requirements, and help maintain quality, schedule, and scope alignment.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and supporting team development.
