This position oversees the technical development of architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring design intent, code compliance, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating drawings and specifications, managing submittals and RFIs, and integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows into project delivery. The role involves leading multidisciplinary project teams, collaborating with consultants and contractors, and supporting project management tasks such as schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
