## Description

The Dispatcher supports daily merchandise and appliance deliveries by coordinating independent contractor carriers and ensuring smooth, efficient operations in a fast-paced call center environment., * Provide administrative and operational support for daily delivery activities.

 * Communicate operational issues and customer escalations promptly and drive timely resolutions.
 * Answer a high volume of calls, screen inquiries, and schedule appointments.
 * Deliver strong customer service while managing dispatch and routing functions.
 * Monitor delivery routes and maintain communication with delivery teams throughout the day.
 * Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
 * Maintain accurate records through detailed data entry and documentation.
 * Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support overall operational success., * Standard schedule: 5 days a week, off 1 weekday and 1 weekend day 10am-6:30/7:00pm
 * Flexibility required at times based on business needs
 * Fully in-office position (no remote or hybrid options)
