* A Bachelor's Degree.
 * Experience designing application architecture and developing and deploying N-Tier ASP.NET web applications using VB.NET, Web Services, and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
 * Experience analyzing business processes and workflows, working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications, and resolving application issues.
 * Experience using Oracle and PL/SQL packages, including SQL programming and JSON.
 * Experience as a Web GUI Designer, including accessibility compliance and using Angular Single Page Applications (SPA), Redux, and Angular versions 9 through 14.
 * Experience developing applications related to government human service eligibility systems.
 * Experience using object-oriented principles and concepts to design business objects.
 * Experience using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
 * Experience developing applications utilizing MVC.NET.
