## About the Role

* Minimum 3-5 years of combined Salesforce Administration and Development experience
 * Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory); Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer I certifications highly preferred
 * Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative automation tools such as Flows and Validation Rules
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce security models including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
 * Hands-on experience with data management, SOQL, SOSL, and troubleshooting API or middleware integrations
 * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

 * Experience with Salesforce-specific integration tools and middleware
 * Knowledge of advanced Salesforce architecture and best practices
 * Experience with automated testing, release management, and deployment processes
