They will monitor production environments, respond to technical platform and trade failures, troubleshoot application and FIX logs, investigate connectivity and environmental issues, and communicate status updates to internal and external clients through resolution. They will also support scheduled jobs using Autosys and Cron, configure server and application monitoring, assist with software releases and post-release health checks, and build tools or automation to improve support processes.
