The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of critical infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking equipment, and supporting facilities. The role requires hands-on experience in data center operations, incident management, change implementation, and infrastructure maintenance., * Perform daily monitoring and operational support of data center infrastructure. * Ensure high availability and optimal performance of servers, storage, network, and related systems. * Execute routine maintenance activities, including hardware installations, upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning. * Manage incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL best practices. * Coordinate with network, server, storage, security, and application teams to resolve operational issues. * Perform rack and stack activities, cable management, hardware asset tracking, and inventory management. * Monitor environmental controls, power systems, UPS, generators, cooling systems, and physical security controls. * Support disaster recovery exercises and business continuity initiatives. * Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation. * Participate in on-call support and provide timely resolution of critical incidents. * Ensure compliance with organizational standards, audit requirements, and security policies.
