In this role, you will be responsible for guiding system architecture, requirements development, integration, and verification efforts to ensure mission success from concept through deployment. The Systems Lead serves as the connective tissue between engineering disciplines-mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing-ensuring that system-level decisions are technically sound, traceable, and executable. The ideal candidate brings strong systems thinking, disciplined engineering judgment, and the ability to lead teams through ambiguity with clarity and confidence.
