## Description

* Help found our New York office: Set the bar and pace for a serious builder culture unique to our New York location.
 * Build the agent harness: Build systems that run live customer conversations and take real actions under tight latency and reliability constraints.
 * Make agents measurable: Build the evaluation, observability, and tooling that help us understand how agents behave in production and improve them quickly.
 * Co-create with customers: Work closely with our customers to understand workflows, gather feedback, and turn pain points into features that stick.
 * Own end-to-end delivery: Own delivery from spec to production for systems that keep agents running around the clock.
