## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar professional fields
 * Minimum 5 years of MIS/Software team management experience
 * Minimum 7 years database application design and/or implementation experience in ERP/MRP
 * SAP Deployment experience is a must
 * Prior experience with SAP S/4 HANA end to end process integration
 * Peoplesoft experience is a plus
 * Prior experience working in a rapid development environment
 * Strong written/oral communication and project management skills

## Description

* Lead the deployment and development of SAP S/4 HANA
 * Lead and own the migration and integration from legacy system to SAP S/4 HANA
 * Lead the MIS team to develop and maintain global information systems to support organizational objectives
 * Translate and map user requirements into database and software application design
 * Fully understand the business process and implement new features according to the user requirement
 * Create project plans to work on requirements from internal users and customers
 * Be able to identify the root cause and create an overall plan for the process improvements
 * Resolve customer support issues
 * Set up the training and knowledge sharing within the MIS team
 * Collaborate and work cross-functionally with other departments and customers
 * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration or automation to enhance business processes
 * Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics
