This role is responsible for processing medical record requests, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and ensuring accurate and timely release of protected health information (PHI). This role supports multiple facilities and ambulatory practices throughout NJ. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and experienced in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
