We are currently looking for a talented Software Engineering Manager who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and proactive in writing and developing code using programming languages and related technologies such as Java, C++, Angular, GraphQL, REST, KafKa, and Typescript (among many others). The successful candidate will work in an exciting environment, directly driving the design, architecture, and development of new software systems and products utilizing these technologies. The software engineering manager will report to the Director of Software Engineering and serve as a supervisor within the department. In this position, the candidate will also execute in direct technical leadership roles on various programs. The candidate will also be responsible for a group of software engineers working on various internal and external programs. Solipsys is an industry leader in the development of integrated Network Centric Warfare solutions for both the Domestic and International DoD and this candidate will be engaged with exciting and innovative advancements in Multi-Sensor and Information Fusion, Networked Situational Awareness, and Visualization technologies.
