Leadership Required * Demonstrate commitment to professional development and continuous learning. * Be a role model, hold others accountable, and uphold the WCE mission, vision, and values. * Communicate effectively with customers, leadership, and team members. * Set an example of appropriate ethics, leadership, and safety. * Effectively communicate tasks to team members. * Demonstrate leadership through listening and asking appropriate questions. * Understand and appropriately resolve or escalate team concerns and challenges. ## Description As a Design Engineer specializing in wood frame and mass timber buildings, your primary responsibility will be to design, analyze, and evaluate the structural components and systems of residential and commercial structures constructed primarily using wood, heavy timber, and mass timber framing. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and drafters to design innovative and efficient timber and wood frame buildings.
