## About the Role

You'll Be a Good Fit If you have:

 * 10+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup environment.
 * Strong technical skills and experience working with developer tools and APIs.
 * Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including TypeScript (NodeJS).
 * Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
 * Located in Austin, Texas, and willing to work in the office three times a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
 * Have experienced managing and leading a team of engineers

Nice to have:

 * Deep technical expertise in SDKs and Docs.
 * Experience creating technical content, such as documentation and tutorials.
 * Experience working in a distributed organization, and ability to collaborate with teams in different time zones and cultures.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain software using modern languages.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various programming
 * languages and technologies.
 * Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and provide
 * technical support when required.
 * Mentor and guide other engineers, promoting best practices in software development.
 * Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and maintainable systems.
 * Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into our
 * products where applicable.
 * Contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy of the company.
 * Working on more complex project, cross teams, with much bigger impact
 * Leading new initiatives end to end that have company impact
 * Leadership experience - leading multiple teams of engineers
