Qualifications We Prefer: * Strong communication skills and ability to present complex technical content. * Working knowledge of EVMS / EAC processes. * Experience in preparing technical proposals and conducting technical presentations. * Engineering experience across the missile product lifecycle. * Knowledge of Technical Data Package development and compliance. * Experience in managing teams utilizing Agile Methods. * Experience in supporting manufacturing or supplier interactions. * Familiarity with USG, DCMA, or customer engagement during development and sell-off activities. * Demonstrated collaboration, problem-solving, and process-improvement mindset. ## Description The Air Launched Effectors All Up Round (ALE AUR) Mechanical Design organization is seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Cross-Product Technical Lead (Mech CPTL) to provide technical direction/expertise, engineering rigor, execution oversight, and cross-program coordination for mechanical redesigns, architecture development, and verification across the AMRAAM® D4/C9 program. The role focuses on delivering producible, affordable, high-performance mechanical solutions aligned with program objectives, Hardware Engineering (HWE) standards, and Raytheon engineering processes. This role drives engineering excellence, design reuse, and producible, affordable mechanical solutions over a large multi-disciplinary mechanical engineering team in close collaboration and partnership with Program Management, Systems Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and cross-discipline mechanical teams including Airframe, Mechanisms, Propulsion, Avionics, Configuration Management, Data Management, and Support Equipment withing the Hardware Engineering organization.
