This is a technical IC role focused on designing and shipping robust, scalable software-not managing projects or creating slide decks. You'll create systems that power feedback loops, automate workflows, connect APIs, and deliver actionable insights, enabling our teams to move at the same pace as our innovative product organization. In this role, you will * Coordinate product launches across internal User Operations teams and external partners to guarantee seamless execution and support readiness. * Architect launch-readiness systems that streamline formerly manual processes, replacing ad-hoc docs and meetings with automated workflows, dashboards, and alerting to build for scale. * Develop and implement scalable feedback loops between support, product, and engineering so customer insights are continuously integrated into product strategy. * Prototype quickly-leveraging ChatGPT, Jupyter notebooks, Retool, and other tools-to prove value before hardening with Engineering. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to align on launch goals, timelines, and readiness metrics. * Identify risks and challenges during rollouts, proposing solutions that safeguard customer experience and service levels. * Continuously automate, replacing every repetitive touchpoint with scripts, agents, or LLM-powered flows. ## Related Videos - [ Evaluating AI models for code comprehension](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1462-evaluating-ai-models-for-code-comprehension) - [Fault Tolerance and Consistency at Scale: Harnessing the Power of Distributed SQL Databases](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1146-fault-tolerance-and-consistency-at-scale-harnessing-the-power-of-distributed-sql-databases) - [Designing the Future of Human<>Agent Collaboration](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1447-designing-the-future-of-human-agent-collaboration) - [Enjoying SQL data pipelines with dbt](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/823-enjoying-sql-data-pipelines-with-dbt) - [Streaming AI Responses in Real-Time with SSE in Next.js & NestJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1630-streaming-ai-responses-in-real-time-with-sse-in-next-js-nestjs) - [Why make use of an integration platform in today's software developments and infrastructure?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/758-why-make-use-of-an-integration-platform-in-today-s-software-developments-and-infrastructure) ## Related Articles - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Dev Digest 132 - Binging WADFlix?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/473-dev-digest-132-binging-wadflix) - [Graph and AI Trends 2026: Why Is AI Running but Not Yet Delivering?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/680-graph-and-ai-trends-2026-why-is-ai-running-but-not-yet-delivering) - [Everything a Developer Needs to Know About MCP with Neo4j](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/604-everything-a-developer-needs-to-know-about-mcp-with-neo4j) - [Dev Digest 159: AI Pipelines, 10x Faster TypeScript, How to Interview](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/563-dev-digest-159-ai-pipelines-10x-faster-typescript-how-to-interview)
