## Description

* Deploy directly into customer environments - understand their business, their constraints, their data, and their pain points better than anyone at Mural
 * Build custom integrations, workflows, and features on top of Mural's platform and APIs to solve real customer problems, often on aggressive timelines
 * Work across the full stack with our modern toolchain - TypeScript + React, NestJS + Postgres + Prisma, AWS (SQS/SNS/Lambda), Vercel, Docker
 * Identify patterns across customer implementations and collaborate with core engineering to generalize bespoke work into first-class product features
 * Rapidly prototype against live customer workflows - accepting that some work is throwaway and making sure the work that isn't gets productized properly - while debugging production issues in real time, often with customers watching
 * Design for correctness and audit-ability - you're touching money movement infrastructure, and edge cases have real consequences
 * Communicate crisply with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - customer operators, engineers, founders, and finance leaders
 * Work directly with our CTO and engineering leadership to set a high quality bar and define what "forward deployed" looks like at Mural
