## About the Role

* Experience in full-cycle B2B sales and demonstrable success in leading and executing sales & business development with Data Center customers, preferably related to rack-level solutions.
 * Understanding of the basic principals of energy storage and power electronics.
 * Knowledge and understanding of the application approach, the ability to see what drives decision-making, and the understanding of key technologies relevant to Skeleton Technologies.
 * Previous experiences with participating at fairs, and trade shows.
 * Willingness to travel to meet customers and active networking.
 * Fluency in English is required.
 * Experience using a CRM to track customer information and structure sales efforts (Salesforce).
 * You are persuasive and resourceful, like to take initiative and you have excellent communication skills.

* Strategic Leadership - Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
 * Client Relationship Building - Find new business opportunities by building strong customer relationships.
 * Sales Performance - Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned segments. Take responsibility for effective business sales results in the intended sectors.
 * Sales Presentations - Effectively communicate our product value proposition through proposals and presentations.
 * Market Analysis - Understand industry-specific market landscapes and trends.
 * Keep the company CRM's database up to date according to the latest information supplied by the customers.
 * Coordinate orders with the operation team to achieve a smooth transition for the customer.
