comfortable working with a geographically distributed team. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ## Description * Define and drive next-generation designs for complex distributed systems using Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), contributing directly to code and architecture alongside your team. * Own the end-to-end lifecycle (requirements, design, delivery, and operations) of key features of the PaaS product; break down large projects into executable sub-projects distributed across the team. * Evaluate key engineering tradeoffs and make data-driven technical decisions that balance velocity, quality, and scalability. * Write and present design proposals and technical documents that define complex problems and long-term solutions. * Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of engineers;
