* 10+ years of software development experience with leadership responsibilities
 * Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
 * Expertise in multiple programming languages and technology stacks
 * Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and system design
 * Experience with cloud-native development and containerization
 * Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring developers
 * Deep knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization
 * AWS experience highly preferred but not required
 * Military experience strongly preferred
