This role serves as the platform owner for SS&C Blue Prism, SAP BTP Automation, and Microsoft Power Automate, ensuring automation services are secure, reliable, scalable, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with business priorities. The Automation Platforms Manager partners closely with Product Teams, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Managed Service Providers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver automation capabilities that improve business efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness. The role is accountable for platform health, service delivery, supplier performance, operational governance, roadmap execution, adoption, and continuous improvement of enterprise automation capabilities.
