This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance at the Secret level Desired Skills Experience throughout engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test, and operational deployment) Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (e.g., SysML, Cameo) Experience with leading and managing engineering product lines Familiarity with MH60 CONOPS, Architecture, and Requirements Current active Secret security clearance ## Description The position is for an experienced Systems Engineer Lead who will provide leadership and guidance for activities on the MH-60 Naval Helicopter Program. In this role you will: * Lead and coordinate with a complex, multidisciplinary team of engineers * You will contribute to system design and requirements development, ensuring system architectures, interfaces, and behaviors align with customer and program needs. * Support major program reviews including SRR, PDR, and CDR * Develop Basis of Estimates for United States Navy contract proposal(s) * Act as a Control Account Manager, performing all necessary aspects in Earned Value Management reporting * Communicate technical status and program progress to internal leadership and external customers. Please note: This position is based in Owego, NY.
