This person will be responsible for working on outages that they client experiences in Sacramento; however they are wanting you to take a proactive approach and be looking at analytics consistently to see where switch replacements need to be made. The engineer will also interact with vendors and customers to evaluate and implement projects that enhance the university's data, voice, and video networking infrastructure.
