The Application Developer plays a key role in supporting and maintaining various systems, performing technical analysis, application development, configuration, incident response, troubleshooting, testing, and change management. This role develops software solutions by studying requirements, collaborating with stakeholders and IT management, and designing software using development fundamentals. The position is responsible for both out-of-the-box and custom development, reviewing business processes, and recommending improvements. The Application Developer manages source code, works with Business Analysts, conducts unit testing, prepares documentation, and participates in product design reviews. Collaboration across teams and applying user insights to enhance user experience are central to this role.
