Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership. ## Description The Accounting Systems Manager - Workday Finance serves as a key leader in the administration, enhancement, and strategic direction of the organization's financial systems, with a primary focus on Workday Finance. This role partners with internal stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, IT, and business operations to analyze problems and data, develop requirements for technology solutions, and resolve issues with an eye toward continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, deep accounting knowledge, and proven critical thinking skills, with direct experience in Workday Financials and a passion for process improvement.
