The ideal candidate will have experience working with legacy Java enterprise applications and modernizing existing codebases through activities such as Java version upgrades, JBoss/WildFly application server upgrades, legacy code refactoring, performance optimization, and application modernization., Backend Development * Strong hands-on experience with Core Java / Java 8 or higher. * Strong experience with Spring / Spring Boot. * Good understanding and hands-on experience with REST APIs and Microservices. * Experience working with JBoss / WildFly application servers. * Proven experience with legacy Java application migration and modernization. * Hands-on experience with code refactoring, application upgrades, and platform migration projects. * Strong SQL and database experience with one or more of: + Oracle + SQL Server + MySQL * Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support. Frontend Development * Hands-on experience with JSP. * Strong understanding of Java Servlets. * Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing legacy web/UI applications.
