## About the Role

* Strong experience in ICS/OT Cybersecurity and Incident Response.
 * Experience developing ICS/OT Incident Response Plans and Playbooks.
 * Knowledge of ICS security monitoring, threat detection, incident escalation, and response procedures.
 * Familiarity with SANS ICS Critical Controls.
 * Experience establishing OT/ICS monitoring and incident response processes.
 * Ability to develop SOPs, processes, and operational documentation for offshore teams.
 * Experience providing SME oversight and governance for security operations.
 * Some onsite travel to U.S. plants may be required.

Focus: Build and operationalize the ICS Incident Response and Monitoring service across industrial environments.
