Graduate degree preferred. * 5+ years of experience designing and developing solutions on AWS. * Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps practices. * Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js. * Experience building Generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures. * Deep understanding of end-to-end ETL processes across diverse workflows, with the ability to guide the team with AWS data services such as Amazon S3, AWS Glue, and Amazon Athena. * Experience integrating cloud and AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms. * Demonstrated experience working in Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps Engineer). * Experience with multi-agent architectures and agent orchestration frameworks. * Experience with vector databases and advanced knowledge retrieval solutions. * Experience with AI governance, observability, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI practices. * Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience. * Power BI or enterprise reporting experience. * Experience supporting communications, digital experience, content management, or customer-facing platforms. ## Description Our Corporate Communications Technology team is seeking a Lead Agentic AI Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of cloud-native, data engineering, and AI-powered solutions supporting enterprise communications, knowledge discovery, and digital experiences. This senior technical leadership role will partner closely with product and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions leveraging AWS cloud technologies, enterprise data platforms, and emerging Agentic AI capabilities.
