This includes defining product vision, developing roadmaps, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and support teams to ensure business objectives and customer satisfaction goals are met. This role operates in a fast-paced, multi-product environment supporting a mix of compliance, regulatory, and data-focused solutions, including both SaaS and internally built platforms. Team & Product Environment * Product portfolio includes: + Ethics & Compliance (maintenance + backlog-driven enhancements) + Regulatory & Legal (PCL, compliance-focused solutions) + Data classification products + Mix of 3 SaaS platforms + internally developed products * Role requires managing multiple products simultaneously Key Responsibilities * Own the full product lifecycle for one or more products: + Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap + Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements * Partner closely with: + Engineering teams (translate requirements, support SDLC execution) + UX/design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences + Business stakeholders to ensure alignment and value delivery * Work within SDLC 2.0 / 3.0 frameworks (technical fluency required; hands-on development not needed) * Guide and support development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of business goals * Drive continuous product improvement through: + Customer feedback, Market research + Usability studies and performance insights * Manage and prioritize the product backlog: + Balance business value, technical effort, and resource constraints + Make informed tradeoff decisions * Build strong stakeholder relationships: + Effectively manage expectations, including high-touch or sensitive stakeholders + Ensure stakeholders feel heard and priorities are clearly communicated * Identify gaps, take initiative, and proactively drive solutions * Support business case development, budgeting, and product investment decisions * Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements ## Related Videos - [User 1st!
