In addition, 2 + years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise * Experience in hiring, developing, and mentoring talent and guide teams to deliver against strategic initiatives. * Strong hands-on experience in Java-based platforms and other languages like React, Python, C#, Golang operating in production at scale. * Expertise with Linux and UNIX, including batch processing, job scheduling, log analysis, and performance troubleshooting. * Design and operation of APIs, microservices, and event-driven messaging architectures. * Experience with high-volume transactional and batch systems. * Practical cloud-native engineering and operating in hybrid deployments within regulated environments. * Familiarity with Gen AI in production systems and hands on experience in using it in different domains and strategies * Familiarity with SDLC, secure development practices, and compliance controls for regulated platforms. * Familiarity with Customer facing applications and UX designs * Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations.
