## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience providing end-user support for Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and MS Teams
 * 2+ years of experience basic Box administration and end user troubleshooting
 * 1-2 years of experience working with ServiceNow
 * 1-2 years of experience administering and supporting OneDrive
 * 1+ years of experience creating and modifying PowerShell scripts to automate recurring tasks
Preferences:

 * Relevant, current technical certifications encouraged
 * Strong customer service presence
 * Ability to troubleshoot potentially complex issues that involve working with other teams
 * Desire to learn new technologies in the cloud space
 * Hands-on experience working in complex infrastructure environments in a highly regulated industry

## Description

One of our Premier Clients is looking for an Exchange and SaaS Support Engineer. The role is to participate in the overall management and end-user support of our Messaging and SaaS offerings. This position will primarily provide support to our end user population for Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams & OneDrive including license administration. Experience with other Microsoft 365 components is a plus.
Responsibilities:

 * Provide Tier-2 end-user support for Messaging and SaaS based end-user tools, including:
o Exchange Online
o Outlook
o MS OneDrive
o Microsoft Teams policy application
o Box

 * Message archiving/retrieval/deletion
 * Mailbox maintenance and access management
 * Process and environment documentation
 * ServiceNow ticket automation
 * Participate in on-call rotations
