In-depth knowledge of technology standards and guidelines; knowledge of management concepts, practices and techniques; thorough knowledge of business functions and operations, objectives and strategies. ## Description As an Engineering Manager for the Systems and Data Architecture teams within USRM Claims Technology, you will lead the engineering teams responsible for the Guidewire ClaimCenter platforms that power Liberty Mutual's claims organization. You will provide people leadership, delivery accountability, and technical guidance across teams focused on platform migration to Guidewire SaaS (Pathfinder), Tier 1 priorities, and engineering enablement.
