## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field
 * Strong communication and organizational skills

Required Experience:

 * Minimum of 3-years C++, C#, Python, or Java development experience
 * Minimum of 3-years software development experience
 * Experience using source control and CI/CD tools such as git, SVN, Bitbucket, Gitlab, Jenkins, Gitlab runners, etc.
 * US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance

Desired Qualifications

 * Experience developing software for Linux platforms
 * Experience following agile development processes
 * Experience working with mission-level M&S frameworks such as AFSIM, NGTS, and ITASE
 * Experience applying object-oriented design patterns within software applications
 * Experience with model verification and validation (V&V) testing
 * Experience with integrated development environments such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, PyCharm, etc.
 * Familiarity with DoD security practices
