## About the Role

* 5+ years Strong experience in JAVA, Spring boot, micro services,

 * 2+ years Strong experience in Cloud platform especially Azure

 * 3+ years of developing / architecting/integrating a high transaction throughput system is a must

 * 3+ years of experience in agile ways of working in a distributed geographical model

 * 2+ years in working in an agile environment with geographically distributed team

 * Experience in working with a multi-vendor ; multi-geo team

 * This is an independent contributor role from day 1 and min. bachelor's degree is required .

Java Backend Engineer

Bentonville, AR (Day 1 Onsite)

Long Term

Mandatory Skill: Java, Kafka, Spring Boot, Azure

Good to have skills: NoSQL/Cosmos, Unix,SQL, JIRA

Roles and Responsibilities

 * Implement large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects

 * Supervise the work of cross-functional groups of engineers, including offshore associates

 * Directs root cause analysis of critical business and production issues

 * Documents testing and maintenance of application corrections and improvements

 * Influence decisions, builds consensus, and resolves conflicts constructively and proactively

 * Supports business objectives and ensures the business needs are being met

 * Involving in all SDLC activities from requirements gathering to support, * This is a hands-on position & resources will be responsible for delivering the work as per the JIRA
