You will be both a people leader and a senior technical voice in the room: coaching analysts and engineers on their craft, owning the data roadmap end-to-end, partnering with executive stakeholders across geographies and segments, and rolling up your sleeves on the highest-complexity work. In your first 90 days, you will absorb the team's in-flight roadmap, build trust with stakeholders across S&O, GTM, Product, Finance, and Partnerships, and partner with leadership on the prioritization framework that governs what the team takes on next. Our 2026 roadmap spans the full data value chain: GenAI agents that audit Salesforce in real time, churn and ICP models that drive CSM and AE prioritization, the MRR/ARPV reporting layer that finance and leadership run the business on, and the Netsuite integration that will modernize how we report revenue.
