Deep understanding of microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred, Azure, or GCP), and modern container ecosystems (Docker, Kubernetes). * Proven track record of addressing scaling, redundancy, and performance bottlenecks in high-availability, multi-tenant SaaS environments. * Practical experience or strong interest in leveraging generative AI utilities and developer assistance tools (e.g., AI coding assistants, automated code-generation, intelligent log analytics, or predictive profiling tools) to drive development productivity and system optimization. * Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to coordinate high-impact technical projects, manage stakeholder alignment, and influence technical direction. * Previous experience in a dedicated platform reliability, resilience, or core infrastructure role is highly valued. ***The employee must be either a U.S. citizen as defined in 42 U.S. Code ยง 9102; a natural person who is a lawful permanent resident as defined in 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(20) or who is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3); or a U.S. national (i.e. includes citizens and non-citizens born in outlying possessions such as American Samoa and Swains Island), green card holders, refugees, and asylees. In this role, you will develop microservices, build innovative frameworks, and optimize our cloud-native environment. You will champion reliability during design phases and collaborate across teams to address technical gaps. We value iterative development, automated testing, and individual ownership.
